In conjunction with mandatory climate-related financial disclosures in New Zealand and Australia, each country is developing a sustainable finance taxonomy and each of the XRB and ASIC will be providing further guidance on the two regimes, including a comparison of required disclosures (with the Australian Government also foreshadowing it will be providing guidance on best practice transition plan disclosures before the end of 2025).
We will continue with a series of webinars to discuss these developments and other sustainability regulatory updates and what changes will mean for your organisations over the coming months.
