Marcos is a principal consultant with over fifteen years of experience in the banking and finance industry in New Zealand, Australia, and Argentina. Marcos specialises in process and team transformation and is motivated by challenges, continuous improvement, and innovation. 
 
Furthermore, he has actively participated in numerous projects, taking on both analytical and managerial roles. Recently, his projects have included the successful implementation of Calypso Value at Risk, the seamless integration of a Software as a Service (SaaS) pricing tool, and the establishment of new treasury processes and controls to address regulatory changes arising from Negative Interest Rates and IBOR Reform requirements.
