Her career spans roles in KiwiSaver administration, customer service, and compliance advisory. She thrives in collaborative environments, helping clients balance regulatory requirements with business goals while driving continuous learning and improvement.
Theodore D'Souza – Senior Change Consultant, brings proven expertise in leading complex transformation initiatives across industries including finance, healthcare, education, and hospitality. With experience delivering enterprise-wide change programmes Theo is passionate about aligning purpose with process. He also serves as Director – New Zealand for ACMP ANZ and contributes to the change community as the creator of Change Chat.
