Customers in Vulnerable Circumstances and Privacy – Presentation to ICNZ

Mosaic joined the ICNZ Vulnerability Learning Group last Thursday to facilitate a discussion and share best practice examples in relation to customers experiencing vulnerable circumstances and privacy.

These are often seen as obligations that are hard to reconcile but our presenters Erin Hutchings and Virginia Douglas talked through how general insurers could achieve effective solutions; balancing privacy, vulnerability and operational approaches to recording and using information about customers in vulnerable circumstances.
