Gauri brings over seven years of experience leading digital transformations, SaaS initiatives, and enterprise application upgrades across sectors in both New Zealand and the UK. With a strong background in stakeholder engagement, UX optimisation, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making she’s already making an impact from day one.

Her strategic mindset and deep expertise in both Agile and Waterfall environments make her a fantastic addition as we continue to scale and innovate.
